yepp...woohoo! No hotel though. We just gonna stay on the station in Essen which is open during the night and take the first train back in the morning ;)
Btw. not only Jana will join me but also Sanne again AND a friend of Jana, too! Yay...can't wait! Review will follow :) |

yepp...Düsseldorf is pretty close to Essen, about 35 km from there. It looks quite good that Jana will join me again so I won't have to go all by myself :D Less than 4 weeks now, woohoo! |

I must admit I did't take care for an accommodation in Essen yet. I'll wait a bit and see if I get at least one of my friends persuaded yet to join me or if I have to go all by myself this time. Well, it's pretty far away from me so it will take me about a 10 hours ride by train (to travel the cheapest way)
Anyway...enjoy your three forthcoming gigs in February, too Hiromi! :) Maybe we happen to go the same concert again one day...who knows, hehe |

Last time we stayed in Hamburg we were in the ETAP Hotel, can't remember the street exactly but it was about only a 10 minutes walk to the "Große Freiheit 36" from there. It's a Hotel chain that is really popular all over the country so I'm sure Berlin must have a lot of ETAP Hotels, too. They're mostly used by the young folks because it's really cheap and still comfortable. Maybe we gonna try the St. Joseph's the next time we are in Hamburg though :) |

Well, to me Berlin is perfect for a gig because then I can stay with my friends who live in Berlin but when I go to Hamburg I take a Hotel or something, even though at our last gig we just went to the station and waited for the first train in the morning, haha. I guess it would be all easier if I had a car again because then I could drive right back home afterwards *sigh*
I agree about Mc'Lays Guest House btw. Very comfortable AND cheap :) |

Yepp, we stayed in the same place last year in Glasgow, McLay's Guesthouse :)
I live neither in Hamburg nor Berlin but in a small town in Mecklenburg called Neubrandenburg. But Hamburg and Berlin are mostly the closest cities for a Travis show for me. :) |

hey there Hiromi :) no, I wasn't in Brighton but my friends were..back in 2004. But we meet in Glasgow last year. Wow, you've been to "some more" shows since then! 52 and 3 still to come?? You are crazy!..but in a good way ;-D |
